Shipping policy

At New Jerssey, we are committed to delivering your order quickly and safely. Below you will find all the details regarding our shipping process.

1.Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon- Fri) after payment confirmation. Order cut-off time is  11:00 Am (GMT+00:00) Greenwich Mean Time (London). Once your order is processed, it will be prepared and shipped from our fulfillment center. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2.Estimated Delivery Times

we take 12-18 business days (Mon-Fri) for delivery your items. 

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high seasonal demand.

3. Shipping Rates
New Jersset currently offers free standard shipping to selected countries and regions where shipping is available at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the delivery progress. Please allow 2–4 business days for tracking information to update.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

New Jerssey is not responsible for lost or stolen packages whose delivery is confirmed to the address entered for an order. Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, delivery date, tracking information, and carrier information for the customer to investigate. 6. Customs & Import Duties

For international shipments, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Delays

While we work hard to deliver within the estimated timeframe, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • High seasonal demand
